Coinciding with school summer holidays this year was the release of the Minions movie on DVD. As part of the movies promotion, Australia's best known weatherman hit the road with his family to show the rest of us what to do during the holidays. Shot over two days in Sydney and Coffs Harbour with a tiny crew this job even included a third place in the Coffs Oktoberfest stein holding competition!
