WorkWell - Australian Hotels Association - VIC

The Australian Hotels Association Victoria represents over 1000 venues in Victoria. Recently, they teamed up with WorkSafe’s WorkWell program to develop a much needed online training tool designed to help owners, managers and staff, better understand and deal with mental health in the workplace.

In this video we hear from people within the industry on why such a tool is needed and how it can help venues support their staff and retain workers.
