Call Centres aren’t always the easiest places to work, especially when you’re dealing with people’s life savings and retirement funding.
SuperFriend, an industry support for the superannuation & finance industry, have teamed up with WorkSafe’s WorkWell program to put together an online toolkit and support network for call centre workers in their industry.
This case study features stories from workers at the coal face and highlights how the Wellbeing on Call program is helping them navigate through tough situations.
